Is Banana Tree halal?
Yes! The meat on our All Day menu is halal at all 21 of our locations. View our All Day menu here. Please note, our Breakfast menu (served at Greenwich only) is not halal.


Does Banana Tree have a vegan menu?

Does Banana Tree cater to guests with allergies?
Please read through our menu thoroughly before placing an order. Please notify us when giving your order to your server if you have any allergies even if you believe your dish to be allergen free (for example where you request a dish without crackers. This is to allow our managers to make sure at every point that you are looked after.


How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation online here, or by calling the restaurant directly. To make a reservation for 25 or more guests, please email our Group Bookings team at [email protected].


How do I change my reservation?

You can amend your online booking by clicking ‘Change your booking’ in your email reservation confirmation. If you made your reservation over the phone, please contact the restaurant directly.


How do I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your online booking by clicking ‘Cancel your booking’ in your email reservation confirmation. If you made your reservation over the phone, please contact the restaurant directly.

Facilities
Baby changing: not all of our restaurants have facilities for bambinos so please check with the restaurant you wish to visit beforehand to avoid disappointment.

Dog friendly: of course assistance dogs are always welcome in our restaurants, however sadly not all of our restaurants have enough space to allow other dogs inside. Please check with the restaurant you wish to visit beforehand to avoid disappointment.
