A Recipe With Real History Our Pad Thai recipe is over 60 years old, created by our founder’s mother in Malaysia after her travels through Thailand. She was inspired by the vibrant street food scene and worked tirelessly to capture those flavours in her own kitchen. That same recipe lives on at Banana Tree today.
