The Dish
Our Lamb Rendang Curry features a tender, fall-off-the-bone lamb shank, marinated and simmered for hours in rich coconut, aromatic spices, lemongrass, galangal, and our signature Banana Tree Rendang paste. The result? A deep, fragrant curry with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and layers of flavour that only time and tradition can create.
