Loyalty Card Scheme Terms & Conditions – Corporate Cards

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Banana Club card and your relationship in relation to the Banana Club card with Banana Tree Restaurants Ltd whose registered address is Unit 26 Cygnus Business Centre, Dalmeyer Road, London NW10 2XA (“Banana Tree”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

Please take the time to read and understand these Terms before using your Banana Tree Corporate card. We also recommend keeping a copy of the Terms for future reference, although please note that they may be updated from time to time as described below. Your use of the Banana Tree Corporate card will constitute acceptance of these Terms.

Activation and Registration

You can use your Banana Tree Corporate card at any participating Banana Tree restaurant, as further described in these Terms. You can’t currently use your Banana Tree Corporate card on Deliveroo or Order Swift orders.

You can obtain a Banana Tree Corporate card free of charge at any participating Banana Tree restaurant (subject to availability). Your Banana Tree Corporate card is issued by, and remains the property of, Banana Tree. It may only be used as described in these Terms in participating restaurants. The Banana Tree Corporate card cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers, and is not a debit card, store card or a credit card.

To register, you must be 18 years of age or over and a UK resident for the entire period for which you are a member.

You can register your Banana Tree Corporate card at bananatree.co.uk/loyalty. To register a Banana Tree Corporate card, you are required to provide a valid email address and certain other contact information. Only one Banana Tree Corporate card can be registered per email address.

Your Banana Tree Corporate card is not transferable once registered.

Corporate Discount

Members of the Banana Tree Corporate card scheme are entitled to the following discounts:

• • 15% Off Food = this discount is applicable for takeaway orders only (excluding items from the express lunch menu and kid’s menu). This discount is available Monday to Sunday. The maximum monetary value that can be deducted from a bill is £15.00.
• • 25% Off Food = this discount is applicable for eat in orders only (excluding items from the express lunch menu and kid’s menu). This discount is available Sunday to Thursdays only. The maximum monetary value that can be deducted from the bill is £25.00.

The Banana Tree Corporate card cannot be used alongside the Banana Club card to collect Bananas.

Lost or Stolen Banana Tree Corporate cards

Banana Tree is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Banana Tree Corporate cards. However, if you register your Banana Tree Corporate card with us, we will (at our sole discretion) replace any lost, stolen or damaged Banana Tree Corporate cards with a new Banana Tree Corporate card.

Limitations of Use of your Banana Tree Corporate card

Banana Tree Corporate cards may not be sold, exchanged or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms, without Banana Tree’s written permission.

Banana Tree does not warrant or represent that your Banana Tree Corporate card will always be accepted at participating Banana Tree restaurants. For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of Banana Tree’s IT and communications systems, Banana Tree may not be able to process a corporate discount during such a system failure.

Banana Tree reserves the right to refuse to accept a Banana Tree Corporate card or to limit the use of a Banana Tree Corporate card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. Banana Tree may withdraw or cancel your Banana Tree Corporate card or take any other action it may deem appropriate if it suspects fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use of your Banana Tree Corporate card. The Banana Tree Corporate card shall become invalid once cancelled in such circumstances.

Amendment of these Terms and Termination

Banana Tree reserves the right to amend the Banana Tree Corporate card scheme and these Terms at any time or withdraw the Banana Tree Corporate card scheme with reasonable notice. Where we intend to withdraw the Banana Tree Corporate card scheme, we will endeavour to give you 30 days’ notice in writing via email.

Your Privacy

Banana Tree’s Privacy Policy (which is found at www.bananatree.co.uk/privacy-policy) shall govern Banana Tree’s use of the personal information collected from you. You should familiarise yourself with this Privacy Policy and check it regularly so that you are always informed of the latest version.

We will occasionally send exclusive Banana Tree promotions and offers, including a birthday treat (if you also provide your date of birth).

Banana Tree will not pass on your personal information to third partied for marketing purposes without your consent.

Governing Law

The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and our dealings with you in connection with Banana Tree Corporate card scheme. The terms are in English and any communications we send to you will be in English.
